He is a serial entrepreneur with Finance and Accounting background and has 20 years of rich experience in the service industry. As the promoter of Cleave Global, he actively participates in business strategies and planning. Atul advocates a customer-centric approach that has filtered down to every decision and action in Cleave Global. Atul is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Sunil serves as CEO of the company and is responsible for executing the business strategy and directing the overall performance and growth of the organization. Sunil joined Cleave Global in 2003 and since then he has spearheaded multiple client operations across the Telecommunications, Utilities and Financial Services verticals. Sunil has more than 30 years of overall work experience and is specialized in organization functions and optimum utilization of manpower. He is a postgraduate in Economics with a rich exposure to Banking and Finance. Sunil is also a Six Sigma professional.

A postgraduate in Economics, Rohit Jain brings in years of experience as an Executive and Managerial positions of acclaim. He has been instrumental in transition of client’s processes in India and their smooth operations. Rohit has now implemented and developed Extramarks.com.

Rahul Rattan brings with him over 14 years of job experience in International BPO and Hotel Operations. His BPO experience has been with companies like American Express and HCL Technologies. In his last assignment, Rahul was working as a Service Delivery Leader for blended British Telecom Processes, managing Operations of over 500 FTE’s.He has led various value add projects in his operations which delivered cost savings of over 2 million pounds annualized to BT. In American Express he was a part of the core operations team which migrated 1500+ FTE’s of Telephone Service Operations from Arizona, Phoenix, USA to Gurgaon. Before joining BPO, Rahul worked with ITC Hotels Ltd for 6 yrs in operations in a managerial role, across different locations in India.
