Hitesh is an instrumental and important team member of Cleave Global. He deals with all the operational aspects of customer services. His priority is second level support in conjunction with the Training, Quality and Technical Department. He also provides performance analysis to board and support to his team members. With his years of experience in the industry, he has become an invaluable member of the team.

Mahesh has over seven years of experience in the BPO industry and has got a masters degree in English Literature. His experience extends from being a medical transcriptionist to a customer support agent and then to a quality analyst. Presently, he is heading the Quality functions at Cleave Global. He is a Six Sigma qualified personnel and responsible for carrying out regular audits - internal as well as external.

Amit heads the Technology functions at Cleave Global and has overall responsibility for building IT Infrastructure and delivering IT services. He is responsible for managing all of the company’s technology operations including desktop support, telephony, dialers, database, network, internet and security. Amit has over nine years of industry experience with an extensive background in IT, telecom and security. Amit is a qualified engineer with MCSE and CCNA certifications. He continues his education through frequent participation in advanced technology training & IT seminars and has rendered IT infrastructure support required for the rapid business growth.
