Our senior management team includes the following individuals:

Atul Kulshrestha, Chairman : Atul is a young professional with Finance & Accounting background who has developed a special fascination and knack for IT enabled services He is the promoter of Cleave Global and actively participates in business strategies and planning. He has more than 20 years of experience in service industry. He has also conceptualized “Extramarks.Com” an online educational support system for school children.

Sunil Kumar, Chief Executive Officer : Sunil has more than 30 years of experience in the various industries. He has rich experience of banking industry including merchant banking. Sunil holds a Masters degree in economics. He is Six Sigma (Green Belt) certified. His responsibilities include smooth transition of processes, client interaction and feedback, process control, quality assurance and overall performance.

Rohit Jain, Director : Rohit is a post graduate in economics from Delhi’s reputed Sri Ram College of Commerce. He had been instrumental in transition of client’s processes in India and their smooth operations. He has also supervised the development of softwares at CGL for clients’ processes and for off the shelf products.Rohit has now implemented and developed Extramarks.com .He has more than seven years of experience in managing IT tasks and leading managerial teams.

Operations Team

Ashu Bhat, General Manager : Ashu is an alumnus of BITS Pilani and has close to 12 years of rich experience with pioneering companies like Genpact, Glaxo and Fiserv in transitions, back office operations, global project implementations, training, business analysis and marketing. She is a Six Sigma (Green Belt) certified and a qualified LOMA FLMI .While implementing processes she takes extra care to deliver quality services

Amit Sharma, Head IT : Amit heads the Technology function at Cleave Global and has overall responsibility for building IT Infrastructure and delivering IT services. He carries an overall experience of six years and is MCSE and CCNA certified. Amit has rendered IT infrastructure support required for the rapid business growth.

Kislay (Kriss) K Mishra, Head Quality : Kriss has more than seven years of BPO experience and has worked in many capacities within the industry at various levels, including Data analysis, Quality assessment; Training, Curriculum development and Employee relations. He has spent years designing and implementing contact center QA programs. Kriss has worked extensively on improving operational excellence and has led several process improvement initiatives which have positively impacted customer satisfaction and improved effectiveness and efficiency of operations. Kriss is a Six sigma qualified professional.

Aarti Sehrawat,Head HR Functions : Aarti has more than six years of experience in recruiting for BPO industry and has implemented a systematic approach to the process of recruitments for the organization.
